Founder's Note

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about The Incc. If you're reading this, I truly hope you've joined our waitlist, and I want you to know how much your interest means to me.

Creating The Incc has been one of the most challenging, yet rewarding journeys of my life. As we prepare to launch, I’m excited to share some of the stories of failures and lessons that have shaped while creating this venture. After the launch I will be making myself available to you each week to engage and discuss. The Incc has been totally driven by my hopes that one day we see one another as always Humans First, all in celebration our individuality, various cultures and shared humanity.

The Incc Inspiration

At just 26, I founded a national business magazine called NV (New Vision in Business) to highlight Urban Professionals. I was motivated by the lack of positive representation and stories about people who looked like me. Through NV, I connected with incredible individuals from diverse cultures, discovering that we share far more similarities than differences as humans. Ultimately, we are all human first—uniquely different yet bound by experiences that deserve to be celebrated.

This was the inspiration that birthed The Incc.

Our primary goals are to;

1.  Celebrate Our Stories:

We want to highlight and celebrate individuals from different cultures, sharing stories that inspire us, make us smile, and teach us valuable lessons along the way.

2.  Create a Safe Space:

Our aim is to build a social networking platform where we can be ourselves—where conversations can be joyful, thought-provoking, and sometimes tough, but always respectful. I hope this space fosters deeper understanding and connection among us.

3.  Connect on a more meaningful level:

We created a space to connect with people from other cultures and also show your appreciation for individuals who inspire you.

The Incc is entirely self-funded, and one of my proudest achievements has been rallying friends from diverse backgrounds, that so far include Jewish, Palestinian, Black, British, White, and Asian cultures—to also invest in this ambitious idea of cultural bridge-building and bringing all of us a bit closer together. Their support reflects The Incc’s mission of cultural bridge building for a shared humanity. At launch I also plan to make it where after downloading The Incc app you to can join us on this mission of cultural bridge-building.

As a super small startup with big ideas and hopes for us all, I ask for your kindness and patience as we initially focus and produce articles on five cultures, and with your participation and support we will add more Culture Channels as The Incc grows.

I look forward to you joining as we embark on a journey of learning, social networking, and cultural connection for a better shared humanity.

With vision,

Kyle Donovan
